Halloween with a Heart

10/31 Consortium provides Halloween costumes for children in need and works with neighborhoods to plan safe Trick or Treat events.
Driven by volunteers and krewe members with a heart for children and a love for Halloween,
10/31 Consortium has proudly served the Greater Baton Rouge Area and surrounding communities since 2010.

Halloween Krewe

The 10/31 Consortium Krewe is a kid friendly Halloween krewe which hosts the Fifolet Halloween Festival. Those who participate do so because they have a heart for children and a love of Halloween. We are a creative, caring and fun group of people who enjoy this unique way of giving back.

*Parade and festival subkrewes are separate organizations and are not managed by 10/31 Consortium.

Give the Gift of Halloween

We believe that children should not have to leave their own neighborhoods to experience the joys of Halloween and that doing so can be detrimental to the strength of the community. Neighborhood events create a sense of togetherness and goodwill while also building safer communities for our children. Your nontaxable donation helps build stronger and safer neighborhoods one Trick or Treat at a time. Please donate today, because every child deserves to play dress up on Halloween.

10/31 Consortium is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. All who volunteer also have careers and families. Please be patient as we do our best to return your call or email in a timely manner.
